- The fifteen pieces of this dissection fit into a hexagonal box. All are are plastic glued to wood. The box is plastic nailed to wood. The pieces can be arranged as a square, a pentagon, or a hexagon.
- A pattern is in 1979.3002.43 (folder 1). Drawings of triangle-square-pentagon (14 pieces), triangle-square-pentagon-hexagon (26 pieces), square-pentagon-hexagon (15 pieces), triangle-square-hexagon (13 pieces) dated December 21, 1931 are in 1979.3002.43, folder 3.
