- Description
- Bronze medal commemorating the 110th anniversary of the incorporation of the Maryland State Medical Society. The obverse has “1799” and “1909” and Hippocrates with a caduceus in one hand and a book in the other. The reverse has “DEDICATION EXERCISES / MAY 13TH 1909 / MEDICAL AND CHIRURGICAL/ FACULTY OF MARYLAND.” The “M. Brödel” signature refers to the artist, Max Brödel.
