Description
Air cooled hot cathode x-ray tube with shield and stand, and a "W. & B. MFG. CO. NEW YORK / CORNING MADE IN U.S.A." inscription. The Waite & Bartlett Mfg. Co. was in business by 1885, making and selling electrical communications and medical-electrical apparatus. The partners, Henry E. Waite and Samuel H. Bartlett, had several patents for electrical apparatus.
