Description
Dedicated in 1894, the Mary Frances Searles Science Building at Bowdoin College housed facilities for instruction in chemistry, biology and physics. This reflecting goniometer was probably acquired at that time. It was probably made by the Société Genevoise Pour la Construction d’Instruments de Physique in Geneva.
