- Description
- The National Recovery Act was established in 1933 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to stimulate business recovery, reduce unemployment, create fair trade, establish minimum wage and maximum work hours as well as collective bargaining durning the Great Depression. Businesses that supported the National Recovery Administration placed the NRA symbol in shop windows.
