I have one of these, except it says "Birmingham Nasal Douche" No. 1160, distributed by Glasco, Chicago and made in the USA. It's also shaped slightly different. I wasn't sure if it was older than your sample. I'm 75 and had this as a child. I was just trying to get some info on it when I saw this entry.
