Description
This spyglass has an achromatic objective, a four-element erecting eye piece, and wood body with three brass draw tubles. The "Utzschneider, Reichenbach und Fraunhofer in Benedictbeurn" inscription refers to a firm in Bavaria that was in business, as such, between 1809 and 1814.

Do the tube threads used to connect the telescope sections conform to standard metric sizes (such as m29.5x.75) or are they machined to a different standard?
