Description
Small telescope with an achromatic objective, a four-element erecting eyepiece, and a five-section brass draw tube covered with leather. The "MADE IN FRANCE" inscription indicates that it was made after the 1890 Tariff Act that required that objects imported into the U.S. be marked with their country of origin.
