Description (Brief)
Stereoview of a street in London. To the left, a group of men walk by the entrance to the studio of Spooner & Co (photographer/publisher). It appears as if they were all paying attention to a young man doing something to the storefront window. Various horse-drawn carriages can be seen on the street, including at least three "double-decker" carriages (notice stairs that go up to an upper level) that might have served as mode of transport for tourists. In the back, a church with a clock tower [St.Mary-Le-Strand?].
Buff/pink colored card with round corners; curved. Published by Webster & Albee. Sold only by Canvassers. Label for subject of picture barely visible (right side image, bottom left): "[4]66- England, The Strand, London."
