Description:

The inscriptions on one side of the blade read “K / 419 / KEEN KUTTER” and “ROYAL RAZOR / E. C. SIMMONS / KEEN KUTTER.” That on the other reads “SIMMONS HDWE CO. / MFRS. & DISTRIBUTORS / U.S.A.” That on the handle reads “ROYAL” The Simmons Hardware Co., of St. Louis, Mo., began marking their cutlery and tools “KEEN KUTTER” in 1866.
