Straight razor with celluloid handle, and an inscription that reads “100 WM ELLIOTT & CO. MADE IN GERMANY”.
William Elliott & Co. razors were made of English steel, worked by cutlers in Germany, and imported into the U.S. by Adolph Strauss & Co.
