- Swallowtail flag. Blue field with three white stars. Red union with single diagonal white stripe, or bend. Machine stitching; flat fell seams. Tan, black, and green threads. White hoist. Inscription on hoist reads "3rd Brg. 1st Div. 14th Army Corps Dept. of / Cumberland."
