Swallowtail flag. Blue field with two applique white stars near the hoist. Red union with two diagonally crossed white stripes, or saltire, next to the hoist. White hoist. Machine stitching; flat fell seams. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg. 2nd Div. 14th Army Corps Dept. of / Cumberland."
