- Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with blue union in upper hoist corner. Union has one white diagonal stripe, or bend. Below the union is one white star. The white hoist has an inscription that reads "1st Div'n 1st Brg 4th Army Corps Dept. of Cumberland."
