Designating Flag, 3rd Division, 4th Army Corps, Department of the Cumberland

- Rectangular wool bunting flag. Red field with blue union in upper hoist corner. Union has three white stripes; two of the stripes form a saltire and the third stripe, or pale, vertically bisects the saltire. The white hoist has an inscription that reads "3rd Div'n 4th Army Corps Dept. of Cumberland."
