- Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a green shield insert in the center of the flag. Painted on the shield is a white anchor and a red or brown cannon. The anchor and cannon are diagonally crossed. White cotton canvas hoist with an inscription that reads "4th Div. 9th Army Corps." Machine stitching.
