- Wool bunting rectangular flag. Blue field with yellow fringe on all sides except sides except the hoist. Faded red cotton arrow applied to the center of flag; the horizontal arrow points to the fly. White cotton canvas hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "1st Div. 17 Army Corps." Machine-stitched.
