Description:

Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with yellow fringe on all edges except for the hoist edge. In the center of the flag is a blue cotton arrow applique; the arrow is horizontal and points toward the fly. White cotton canvas hoist with an inscription reading "3rd Div 17 Army Corps." Machine stitching.
