- Rectangular wool bunting flag. Yellow fringe around all sides except for the hoist. Blue field with a white shield in the middle of the flag. The shield is divided into three sections by a yellow outline. White hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "2nd Div 23rd Army Corps."
