Description
Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a large dark blue shield in the center of the flag. There is a square of reinforcement fabric at each hoist corner. White hoist with a metal grommet at each end. The inscription on the hoist reads "23RD ARMY/CORPS 3RD DIVISION."
