- Description
- Wool bunting pennant flag. Red field with a white border on the hoist edge. An eagle in flight, facing the hoist, is painted in the center of the flag in white pigment paint. The eagle is clutching two olive branches and three arrows in its talons. White cotton hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "1st Brg 1st Div Dept of West VA." The flag is machine-stitched with white cotton thread.
