Designating Flag, 3rd Brigade, 1st Division, Department of West Virginia
- Description
- Wool bunting pennant flag. Red field with a white border around all three sides. Eagle painted in the center of the flag with white pigment paint. The eagle is in flight, facing the hoist of the flag, and has an olive branch and three arrows in its talons. White hoist with no grommets. There is an inscription on both sides of the hoist; the mark on the front reads "3rd Brg 1st Div Dept. of West Va" while the reverse reads "R C Toy 49 N 9th Phila."
