Description
Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with blue border around all three sides. In the center of the flag is an eagle, in flight, with an olive branch and three arrows in its talons. The eagle is painted in black pigment. White cotton hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the front of the flag's hoist reads "3rd Brg 2nd Div Dept. of West Va." The inscription on the reverse of the hoist reads "R C Toy 49 N 9th Phila." Twill tape loops at either end of heading. Flat-felled seam down center of flag.
