- Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with red triangles forming each corner. The edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. In the upper hoist corner, there is some hand-stitching on the center-facing edge of the red triangle. White diamond in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist with no grommets. Machine-stitched panels with flat-felled seams. Flag stitched using blue, brown, pink, and white cotton thread. Inscription on hoist reads "4th Brg. 2nd Div. 3rd Army Corps".
