- Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a blue cotton inverted crescent surrounding a blue five-point star. White cotton hoist with no grommets. Flat-felled seams are machine-stitched with white cotton thread. Inscription on hoist reads "1st Brg 2nd Div 7th Army Corps R. C. Toy [illegible] N. 9th Phila".
