- Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with white crossed cannons in the center of the flag. Where the cannons cross, a number "16" is either painted or appliqued in red. White hoist with a metal grommet at each end. Inscription on hoist reads "16TH ARMY / CORPS HEADQUARTERS".
