Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with a white pentagonal cross in the center of the flag. On the cross, the number "22" is painted in red. White hoist with no grommets. Inscription on hoist reads "R C Toy 49 N 9th Phila 22 Army Corps Headquarters".
