Description
Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with blue triangles forming each of the three corners; the edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. Faded red crossed swords in the center of the flag. White hoist with no grommets. Inscription on hoist: "R.C. Toy 49.N.9th Phila CAVALRY Corps Army POTOMAC 4th Brg 1st Div".
