Description
This rectangular lapel pin has a safety clasp. The background is metallic blue with white text that reads "PARAGRAPH," and a white line above and beneath. A vertical stripe on the right is decorated like an American flag, with the upper half having a metallic blue background and fourteen stars, and the lower half having six stripes in metallic pale red and white. Vertical stripe on the left are decorated with white hammer, sickle and star of the U.S.S.R. on a metallic pale red background. The two stripes are separated from the main background by white stripes. The back of the pin and the clasp are of silver-colored metal.
