- This figurine consists of a red pom-pom with googly eyes, circular nose made of foam, and a black plastic top hat. Below are two black plastic feet with adhesive underneath, protected by paper backing. Also attached is a white ribbon with red text that reads: I wanna be on TOPS! Black permanent ink on a paper backing on the reverse of the feet reads: NW 2/90.
