Black & Decker, Inc.; Publicity photograph of drill bits. Paper is taped with the description on it: "ANNIVERSARY EDITION BULLET PILOT POINT DRILL BITS (Spring 1992) -- Available only since 1987, the Bullet Pilot Point drill bit concept modernized a design that had changed little since 1917. Black & Decker is producing three Anniversary sets -- two eight-piece sets, one with two free hex shank drill bits; and a14-piece set. The bits are coated in a distinctive bronze oxide finish and are packaged in black, durable plastic cases for a classic appearance and convenient storage." On the back of the photograph is a white sticker with "CAT. NO. 14353" typed on it.
