- Description
- Knife-blade andiron with a sharp-edged knop finial on rounded, high-arched legs ending in penny feet. Hollow-cast, vertically-seamed finial and thin, square support are peened on top of the baluster-shaped upright which is made as one piece with the legs. Stepped billet bar tenoned through lower part of upright. No marks. One of a pair, DL*388200A-B.
