- Description
- Blood glucose monitor with box, bottle of normal glucose control, test strips, At-a-Glance guide, warranty card, procedures guide, carrying case, logbook, and owner's manual.
- Blood glucose monitor is light gray and dark gray with black and blue print and handwritten "J. Roe" on the back of the monitor. Monitor has LCD display panel and three blue buttons. Box is blue with white, red, yellow, and blue print and pictures of blood glucose monitor on front and back. Handwritten "J. Roe" on the front of the box. At-a-Glance guide is cardboard with white paper insert. Blue cardboard with white, yellow, and red print and picture of blood glucose monitor on the front and pictorial instructions inside. Carrying case is black and gray vinyl with clear plastic and black metal zipper. Carrying case has "OneTouch Profile" embossed on the front. Logbook has a gray and white cover with blue print and white pages with blue print on the inside. Owner's booklet is spiral-bound and white with blue and red print and has a picture of the blood glucose monitor on the front. Inside is white paper with blue and black print and pictorial instructions.
