Obverse Text: Romanization: KUANG / HSU / YUAN / PAO / HUPEI / SHENG / TSAO / TANG / SHIH / (Translation: Currency of the Kuang Hsu period, made in the Province of Hubei, equal to 10 standard cash coins.)
Reverse Image: Center, Dragon; right and left, rosette; english script at top and bottom.
Reverse Text: Romanization: HU / PEH / PROVINCE / TEN / CASH
