THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF DEBENTURE BEING IN SILVER YEN 10,000,000 DEVIDED INTO TEN CLASSES. / ARTICLE II. / DEBENTURES WHICH SHALL NOTE BE SOLD WITHIN THE FIXED PERIOD SHALL BE CANCELLED FROM OUR ORIGINAL REGISTER. / ARTICLE III. / IF CANCELLED DEBENTURES WIN PRIZES IN THE REDEMPTION DRAWING, THEY SHALL BE INVALID THOUGH CALCULATED IN THE WINNING LOTS. / ARTICLE IV. / PRINCIPAL OF THIS DEBENTURE SHALL BE LEFT UNREDEEMED UP TO January 31ST OF THE 13TH YEAR OF CHUNG-HUA REPUBLIC ERA, DAY APPOINTED FOR THE FIRST DRAWING. FURTHER DRAWINGS WILL BE EXECUTED YEARLY TWO TIMES (I.E. (IN SILVER 9 FEN) / (B) FOR THE DEBENTURES WINNED LOTS, ON July OF THE 13TH YEAR, UP TO THE END OF THE SAME MONTH, WITH THE PRINCIPAL (IN SILVER 3 CHIAO) AS TO OTHER DEBENTURES INTEREST WILL BE PAID UP TO THE 31ST JANUARY OF 14TH YEAR OF REPUBLIC ERA IN SILVER 4 CHIAO 9 FEN PAYABLE IN FEBRUARY; FOR DEBENTURES AFTER FOURTH REGULAR DRAWING, INTEREST MAY BE PAID ON JULY EVERY YEAR; INTEREST FOR WINNING LOTS MAY BE PAID FOR 6 MONTH (2 SILVER CHIAO WITH THE PRINCIPAL.) / ARTICLE X. IN CASE OF SPECIAL REDEMPTION, PRINCIPAL WITH INTEREST AS WELL AS TO PREMIUM FOR WINNING LOTS, ARE CALCULATED AND PAID ESPECIALLY , BUT, INTERESTS ARE PAYABLE UP TO PREVIOUS MONTHS ONLY. / ARTICLE XI. / IN CASE OF MISSING COUPONS IN THE DEBENTURE WHICH WINNED LOTS, THEY SHALL BE PAID UNDER CONDITIONS, THAT THE AMOUNT MAY BE PAID WITHIN BONDS FOR SUCH MISSING. BUT UPON PRODUCE OF THESE COUPONS THESE BONDS MAY BE COMPENSATED. / ANY CLAIM FOR THE PAYMENT OF THIS DEBENTURE WILL NOTE BE VALID AFTER TEN YEARS FOR THE PRINCIPAL AND THREE YEARS FOR THE INTEREST FROM THE DAY OF NOTICE.
