Description
The People's Peace Treaty was developed in December 1970 and was comprised of representatives from both Vietnam and the United States. Agreements in the treaty included the immediate withdrawal of US troops, the release of prisoners, including pilots in North Vietnam, and for both countries to respect the neutrality of Loas and Cambodia.
