When did GEM send out records to customers ? "This record is made for you with the compliments of GEM Clog-pruf RAZOR and GEM Blades" No. F3919
During WW II, the one I have was in the same cardboard envelope as a record home from a service member, featuring their voice. I have an "H" with four numbers after it but it says the same as yours.
