- Description
- Inventa Electronics Corporation of Taipei, Taiwan, filed for the trademark Technico, as used for electronic calculators, in August 1981, having used the term in commerce since 1975. The trademark was published in 1983 and abandoned in 1988. This example of the calculator was sold under the Technico trademark.
- The credit card-sized calculator has a metal case with plastic trim and an array of twenty-four rectangular plastic keys. This includes ten digit keys, a decimal point key, four arithmetic function keys, a percentage key, and a square root key. Left of these are an on key, an off key, three memory keys, and a clear entry/clear key. Behind the keys to the left is an eight-digit LCD display. Text right of this reads: Technico (/) LC 707M. Text on the back of the calculator reads in part: MADE IN TAIWAN.
