Electrical adapter made, in part, of Bakelite, and carrying a “C.E.M.CO / 660 W 250 V” inscription. The Connecticut Electric Mfg. Co. was established in Litchfield, Conn., in 1906, moved to Bridgeport in 1912, and changed hands and names in the 1930s.
