Set of eight volume measured made of bell metal and intended for tax purposes. Each is marked “COUNTY OF TIPPERARY” and “738.” The smallest is marked, in addition, “IMPERIAL QUARTER GILL” and “1879.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “HALF GILL.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “GILL.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “HALF PINT.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “IMPERIAL PINT” and “1868.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “QUART.” The next largest is marked, in addition, “HALF GALLON.” The largest, which has two handles, is marked, in addition “GALLON.”
