- Description
- Mallet-shaped flagon or pichet with double-acorn thumb piece and wedge extension burnt to the heart-shaped, pouted lid. Slightly flared, galleried rim; narrow, round shouldered body; and applied, tapered base. Two pairs of incised lines around rim, one faint pair at neck, and one single line immediately above base. Strap handle with stepped thumbrest and short terminal; short oval strut.
