Small Paris type shouldered flagon or pichet with a wide, almost flat, molded base, ball-and-disk thumb piece, and ridged extension burnt to the heart-shaped, slightly pouted lid, which is stamped incuse "I R". Slightly flared rim with two incised lines; plain narrow body. Strap handle with ridged thumbrest and short square terminal; five-knuckle hinge. Bottom inside has two small raised concentric circles; bottom outside has one incised circle with touchmark struck at center "L / E (hammer) M / M".
