Baluster measure with hammerhead thumb piece; half gill size. Wedge extension is burnt to the flat lid, which has an incised line around edge and center. Plain body has a rounded-edge galleried rim and slightly flared base; short foot ring. Strap handle with short terminal; no strut. Top of lid is stamped three times with "R T R(backwards?)" in a raised sans serif font inside a circle. Rim exterior to left of handle with partial mark, possibly "h (?)", also in a raised sans serif font inside a square.
