Description
Bristol High or West Country measure; quart size. Tall conical or elongated ovoid body; plain everted rim with pouring spout; molded, flared foot. Tapered, S-scroll handle has an arched and S-curved thumbrest; upper terminal attached at top of rim and short lower terminal near center of body. Rim interior stamped incuse with one verification mark "V R / C(?) W" beneath a crown; possible second mark on opposite side.
