Description
Guernsey measure or flagon with double-acorn thumb piece; pot (two quart) size. Wedge extension is burnt to the plain, pointed and pouted lid. Beaded rim and molded, flared base; band of four grooves around waist. Strap handle with short terminal. Crowned "GR" and "ER" verification marks stamped incuse to right of handle. Inside lid lightly incised "EAR".
