Description
Large, flat-top trunk with a scrolled hasp lock on front, oval wire handles fastened to lid and riveted to trunk ends, and two hinges at back; painted dark green on the lid top and four trunk sides, and dark red on the lid sides, hasp lock and handles. Wire-rimmed lid is made of two pieces joined by a folded vertical seam running front to back at center. Wire-rimmed, six-piece trunk has four vertical folded seams, two in diagonally opposite corners and two offset from the other corners and a two-piece flat bottom with folded edge. No marks.
