Description
Turned wooden sander with bowl-shaped top consisting of a tall curved collar and inset, fixed, perforated cover pierced with 21 circular holes arranged into a crossed circle pattern. Series of grooves around collar and body; one on circular foot. Underside of flat bottom is stamped "T" and "9661" with "1/6(?)" faintly inscribed to right; faint lathe mark.
