Description
Rounded rectangular, souvenir case of Terme Berzieri at Salsomaggiore, Italy, featuring a perspective view of the town's palatial spa (with "THERMAE" on its Beaux-Arts facade) painted in polychrome enamels and framed by a bright-cut border on the snap-closure, hinged lid; case sides and underside are plain. Tabs at center front of lid and left front of case. Gold washed interior. Inside lid struck incuse "800" over "5". No maker's marks.
