Description
Nouveau-style, rectangular case with side-hinged, serpentine-top lid and high-shouldered curved sides featuring identical, symmetrical, repousse decoration on front and back of a pointed bulb shape flanked by small calla lilies springing from pairs of curved drops and sinuous ribbons; triangular boss and supple streamers on lid. Convex strike plate at bottom. Gold washed interior. Collar front and back are struck at center "STERLING" in raised sans serif letters. No other marks.
