Description
Rounded rectangular case with side-hinged lid featuring an identical, vertical reserve on front and back formed by inward-facing paired scrolls flanked by bellfower pendants and scrolled leaf-ended lines; reserve on one side (hinge at left) is engraved "C / G" in shaded script. Strike plate at bottom. Gold washed interior. Outside front and back of collar are struck incuse "STERLING" in sans serif letters next to trademark of a superimposed "W" and "Co" pierced horizontally by a right-facing feathered arrow.
